Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are made to order and processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Flolis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages, Repairs, & Warranty

Flolis covers the cost of all jewelry repairs under normal wear for the first six month after purchase. However, if the jewelry is noticeably damaged by client, shows improper care, or is damaged in any other manner, your jewelry will be repaired at cost. After the first six months, Flolis will perform repairs for a fee. I am happy to make minor adjustments to jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee.

Flolis Custom Jewelry

All custom jewelry is final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges without exceptions. A 50% deposit is required to begin production on a Flolis custom jewelry piece. Unless prior arrangements have been made, final payment is due within seven days of notification that the piece is complete.

Production Timeline

Production for collection pieces is 3-4 weeks. Production for custom pieces is 6-8 weeks. This timeline does not include shipping.
